ProTERM 3.1 on HD?

I downloaded the SHK from
http://lostclassics.apple2.info/downloads/?dl_cat=11 and copied it to
a folder on my IIGS hard drive, double-clicked the .system executable
from Finder, and after a bit of time the program asks "put in side 2".
I thought I had everything I needed in the HD directory.
What is the proper method to install ProTerm on a hard drive?
