Yes it is a problem. The GS can only read Mac HFS formatted CD's not Mac OS Extended.

If you're running a Mac I'd suggest copying the files you want to unshrink from the CD to your hard drive, then use something like Apple Commander or ADFS to copy the files into a Hard Drive image for Sweet 16, boot Sweet 16 and use Shrink-it GS to open the files.
It works for me.
