You have a wife and children, so you should really think hard about the example you are setting for those you love and also consider if what you are doing protects them or if it exposes them to an unfathomable amount of harm.

I can prove the authenticity of my own code, and have the ability to produce a digital fingerprint of my code -- even if you change all the variable names, all the package names, all the methods and functions. I will know it is my code and can prove it beyond a reasonable doubt in any court of law. I have sufficient education and professional experience to demonstrate my credibility in this subject matter.

If you try anything, I will not hesitate to contact my lawyers to put an end to it. Upon any infraction you will receive a cease and desist letter in certified mail, and it will also be posted online as a public open letter. If you fail to comply with any stated demands put forward in this letter, I will proceed with the issue as a legal matter.

At such time, you will need to obtain a lawyer that knows Texas law and you will need to cart yourself and your lawyer down here to Texas at your own expense. You may not be familiar with Texas law, but let me explain in very simple non-legal terms: Texas judges don't put up with bull, so you better have a mountain of evidence to prove your innocence.

I use my open source projects as a scratchpad of source code and ideas that I often re-use in professional settings. The proof of ownership protects my ideas and therefore my livelihood. I will defend these things, make no mistake.

And the guy above was right, Michael Hardy is a Company not just an individual there are several of us. You'll never stop us.

Don't worry Brendan Robert I have no intentions on hacking, cracking or modifying you're JACE Emulator or whatever it's called. I have my own emulators and yours suck and doesn't impress me not to sound mean but what I meant by that is that it doesn't suite my needs, I've read about never actually tried it but I'm also very good in Java and if I wanted to I could remove your embedded signature. Don't worry I won't Touch you're Emulator like I said it doesn't interest me. As far as making a utube video please do, maybe I'll get a lot more business :) I joined these groups to learn more Apple //e and Apple II GS Programming not to hack the Apple Games or Steal Apple Source Codes, They are so out dated it wouldn't benefit me. so for everyone on here, You're Source Code's are safe and so are your emulators. I will not hack, crack or modify them. You have my word, and if I'm not a man of my word I would not take the time to write this :-)

If Michael Hardy is a company, then who are you? Are you the actual Michael Hardy? Or are you one of the other 3 people that use that name? How can we tell what is the truth when you hide behind fake names and multi accounts?
You say you want to learn Apple II programming, yet the one example of a game you posted is from a nibble magazine? Which oddly is in pattern with your past, which is taking other peoples source code, and claiming it as your own.

You claim you are not here to steal Apple source code, yet you have done that with the Nibble Blackjack source code.

I think we have judge you fairly, considering the evidence that is available and the actions you have done recently.

If am I wrong, then I apologize, but based on evidence, I'm finding it hard to believe I am wrong.
