If he wants to claim credit for Java when he rips off Jace, I'm sure that Oracle will be happy to let someone else deal with their current security "problem."   Of course, there are some signature tricks that allow me to prove the authenticity of my code.  I wouldn't want to give anything away, but it also helps that I have the Sourceforge SVN history dating back to 2006 to also prove any claims.  (and I can also decompile and deobfuscate java code -- so those tricks don't work either.  :-)
