Just wanted to update. As of December 7th of 2012, the MICRO-II is now functional thanks to the awesome work provided by Geoff Body who has helped me work on this thing from the start and ended up making repairs to the board himself with no want for payment in return. He even payed to have it shipped to Australia and back. If it wasn't for him then I may have ended up scrapping the whole thing. Now I'm in the process of getting a floppy drive for it and also looking into getting on the list for one of those SD-card reader expansion cards.
