I appreciate the offer, but since I'm trying to downsize I'm looking at

CC over a LC 5xx if my main goal is to play older Mac games (B&W ones
mostly) and obviously Apple II games?
Is the Color Classic still "compact"?
I kept a Mac CLassic around for some time after I moved to an LC and then
Linux because it was such a small package, and if nothing else, I thought
I might use it as a terminal. There's a lot to be said for having
something you can move by just unplugging the mouse and keyboard, while
separates make it more cumbersome. The Mac CLassic certainly didnt' take
up much space, so I kept it until I realized I did drag home an early
enough Mac Powerbook to do the same sorts of things, and the Powerbook of
course takes up less space than the Classic.
