Yes, I got it to boot to a shell prompt by removing all references to that
clone's peculiar memory management scheme. I then had to move some of the
code around in RAM, which was just required a few simple changes in the
assembly files (ORG and EQU directives).

A cleverer person would instead change these soft-switches to access the
Language Card instead.

However, the thing also comes with its own ProDOS driver, and I was not able
to get any further than just the shell prompt back in 09. I still have the
modified files.

There is a lot of un-tapped potential with this Xinu code, and I also
recommend getting a copy of the book that goes with it (from 1984).

The book has C source code which perhaps could be compiled with cc65.
