If any PC users are interested, I have created an ISO cd formatted to HFS, no partitions, but works in Ciderpress for storing files and ready to burn to a real cd. The compressed file size of the empty disk is only 648 kb. If someone wants to contact me and upload it somewhere, I can send it tom them via email.
