The ram factor is different in this regard.  Because it has ROM onboard it has space for the prodos block driver and partition editor utility.  Hence you get a ram disk when booting with the ram factor.  Never having compared the two before, it seems the slot ram card has slightly better functionality.

This is just my subjective opinion though.  :)

Once I've ensured there are no brand new bugs I'll post the build.  Probably in a day or so.
