This won't really work with .dsk images though. The volume number is contained in an area of the format that isn't preserved/used by .dsk images.  (This is why some programs don't work in things like AppleWin as .dsk images, since they depend on the volume number.)

If a different volume number is absolutely needed, then either a .2mg format or .nib format has to be used.
