I am now.  I finally got time to figure it out.  What a pain.  I am not
sure this is possible without more than one drive.  Every time I remove
the boot disk I get an error asking to insert a PASCAL disk.  Since my
Apple III rig only has one drive I used the Sara emulator to make the
diskette and ADT to transfer it.

It's tricky, that's for sure. But I regularly do updates with one disk. When I remember to plug in the outboard disk, it simplifies matters.

The good news is that my $30 pristine looking Silentype works.
