If the note says it cannot be entered via the keyboard, but it is on the list... yes, it can be displayed. There are a lot of characters that cannot be entered via the keyboard that can be displayed. 255 characters total. usually only 32 to 127 can be entered via keyboard AND can be seen (well, except the space (32) and maybe 127 (DEL). The first 31 by control key. The 128-255?
