Just like good wine...

Hello,

Two days after having purchased a //gs, I setit up for gatheing 5"1/4 disks
contents from the cellar realted to my past work on Apple // 8bits
environment. With the help from a CFFA card and the Ciderpress Win32 program
(and to ShrinkIt for dealing with DOS 3.3 disks).
So that you can download a set of archive files (disk images) relating to a
product i authored and which original flavour 1.1 was published and sold by
a french magazine at the time.
Bananasoft ia an attempt to add some more functionalities within the DOS
3.3 and Applesoft.
Briefly stated,
The root URL is http://bgilon.free.fr/apple2
a) the english written (by a spanish cow ;-) ) documentation (AWP format) is
within the P8nonBoot_Bananasoftv14docAWP.do .. It includes both basic
functionalities and further (not to say advanced) ones developed (some
released) hereafter.
b) the DOS3.3 bootable disk is in the archive D33_Bananasoftv14exe.do and
includes the product exeutable file. Just select the first option upon
boot.. then a welcome screen à la "Andy Warhol" (its true: I did'nt know
his fame at the time). and press any key to exit and return to a text screen
after the disk stops spinning.
c) the source code is included within the D34Merlin_Bananasoftv14src.do
archive, Merlin is the program which started upon boot, just load the
PRINCIP.PRO binary source file and wait till the assembly ends (listing is
deactivated in order to save time).

As usual, any feedback would be appreciated on this thread or by direct mail
