Ask him if he's lost his marbles? Why would anyone actually WANT to come
and live in fourth-world New Zealand???   :-(

It's even worse for him since he's a Segway fan and New Zealand won't let
you use them - they aren't allowed on the footpath because they're
motorised, and they aren't allowed on the road because they're not
licensed nor have number plates.
