if you take all the keycaps off that black rubber is removable, if your careful you can wash it, as far as the key sometimes you can just hit it a bunch of times and it will start working as its a mechanical switch, otherwise maybe just a little bit of contact cleaner, worst case maybe someone has a scrap keyboard in their collection to scavange a switch from...
at least yours booted when you got it, mine had coffee on the mobo which required me to remove many parts, clean and seal traces and jump 3 traces going into the video output with ribbon cable
