I assume it's just the repackaged IIe version, that's what the screenshots on the back seem to indicate anyway.  The manual is also for the IIe/IIc with only the extra errata card indicating any features for the IIc+.  The label on the box and the disk do say IIc+ though (no mention of IIgs mode like most 3.5 IIe software of the time).
