The 'uncredited' crack in the file-based section of Asimov has a clean title screen.

Here are the list of keys if someone wants to play with it.

W goes to an RTS now (looks like it might have had code?)
Esc pauses
Ctrl-S toggles sounds
Ctrl-R resets/restarts
Ctrl-T toggles joystick/keyboard
Ctrl-Y toggles something
Ctrl-X toggles something
Ctrl-I redefine keyboard input
Ctrl-@ increases level
Ctrl-C restarts (jumps to same address as Ctrl-R)

If you mess with the Ctrl-X and Ctrl-Y enough, it seems to hang (and looks like the code has wandered off).

There are the regular game play inputs too (not listed here).
