Very nice.  Just added Apple2Games.com :)  You have to let me know how your efforts go with combating spam bots.  I got overrun on Apple2Games (which also runs on MediaWiki) when I left it alone for a month or so.  Finally just turned off the registration.  Didn't matter if I had on a closed loop confirmation or not.  The bots had email accounts and were clicking the confirmation links seconds after creating the accounts. :|
