A few stragglers uploaded to Asimov (09.13.12)

Found a few more stray programs while starting to clean up programming disk images, and have uploaded them to Asimov.

BLACK_MARKET_EXPRESS_2.0_f.dsk - an earlier version of this terminal program (4.1 was already uploaded)

COMPACTIT_V1.0_f.dsk - a pirate ware written by Sir Lancelot (David Shaun, according to its title screen) for compacting disks (or 'squish' and 'unsquish' as it calls it). Hmm, the title page scrolling routines seem oddly familiar...

COPY II+_V-3_f.dsk - Version 3.0 of Copy ][+ (1981 - pretty early).

DISK-PIK_f.dsk - I think this is a pirate ware joke/hoax. Story goes about finding a disk of Apple protection scheme demos, was copied, and this program to deprotect this one scheme is a result. Looking at the code, it doesn't really do anything after checking the disk (so they are always the incorrect format). But, just another pirating artifact.

FOR_ASSEMBLY_PROGRAMMERS_f.dsk - this program promotes API (Assembly Programmers International). Have what it takes? Find the secret key.

KRAKERJACKS_FIREWORX_f.dsk - another program for compressing disks. This one has a more elaborate (and fun) secret key (which I had documented in my old secret keys file, but now found the program again).

PAINTER(Gumby)_f.dsk - The Painter v3.1 "by the Famous Gumby". I'm not quite sure what this does. Seems to be a mixture of reading/writing sectors and loading/saving hi-res. I didn't play around with it enough to figure out its purpose.
