One can make such a cable themselves.

I made one from an old IDE hard drive cable and something called a "DIP Plug." Jameco has all sorts of them at:

You just need to know where Pin 1 is supposed to go. Though special tools exist to push the ribbon cable into the DIP Plug's "teeth," I was able to use care and a pair of needle-nose pliers.
