Just excited to have found other people who care about this.
The games are all on the Virtual Apple website. More are in the archives to be added in the coming weeks but obviously Hot Rod's contributions to the community have us a bit busy as we try and get all the new items working on VA. 

If something is missing, let me know and I will see if I can dig it up.
We had a student disk, that tracked progress and put us through each program until we were ready to move on. I think some of the older disks needed updates (Early Addition got one) to support this system. Judging by strings in EXIT MANAGER on the Quotient Quest disk, this disk was called the Management System.
It looks like Circus Math and Addition Logician might have gotten updates since the versions included here. Newer versions would have the Mastering Math logo on the splash screen.
