Hi,
I went through disk utilities and quasi-related images, and came up with the following additions to make. Given the limited lexicon for names in this category ('disk' this; 'copy' that), I opted to be more inclusive and risk some redundancy than not. And a lot of these are pretty small files, just spread out on dedicated images for easier searching. But, maybe there are a couple more interesting ones in the bunch.
Last push is through file games, and then I'm done (other than the pile of images of my own software, which may contain a straggler here and there).

APPLE-AIDS_3.3(vol66).2mg - by Allen Wyatt, 1981 Advanced Operating Systems.
BACK-IT-UP_f.dsk - 1981, Sensible Software, V04.11.81A (I think this pre-dates Back-it-up II, which is why I included it.
CATALYST_BU_hr.dsk - I think these are Catalyst 3.0. They are ProDOS disks, but don't load ProDOS, so I'm not sure what they do. I think I have the originals with the manual tucked away somewhere.
CATALYST_UTILS_hr.dsk
CLONE_KIT_2.0_f.dsk - 1981 by GSR Associates, version 2.0
COMPUTER_CHECKUP.dsk - 1986 Channelmark Corporation, by William G. Peters. Version A:03. This might be the person who wrote this, who notes it sold 33,000 copies:
http://www.wgpeters.com/wordpress/about-2/
COPY_CAT.dsk - by Ted Birckhead, 1983 Southwestern Data Systems. The crack intro/screen is begging to be disabled on this one.
COPY_DOS_f.dsk - a pirate program that describes itself as 'A MODIFICATION TO DOS THAT REPLACES THE "INIT" COMMAND WITH A COMMAND THAT ALLOWS YOU TO COPY A ENTIRE DISK.'
COPY_II+_4.4B_f.dsk - There are a LOT of flavors of Copy II+, but I didn't see these particular versions. So just adding for completeness.
COPY_II+_4.4D_f.dsk
COPY_II+_6.1.dsk
COPY_II+_8.3.dsk
COPY_II_f.dsk - this is not the predecessor to Copy II+ (at least I don't think so). From Star Craft.
COPY_ROUTINES(vol05).2mg - someone took the time to compose a custom menu around some very early copy programs, so I left it intact. Includes Old Faithful, Quick&Dirty, Locksmith, Ultimate, Apple Copy, Apple CopyA, FID, Muffin, Demuffin, AGC, Lawrence Hall of Science Copy. It's an old disk, folks.
COPY_UTILS.dsk - another disk full of copy programs. I opted to be lazy and just include it, rather than track down two dozen small file programs. These are all pretty old though I think (pre-83 or so).
DDD_2.1E_f.dsk - Dalton's Disk Disintegrater[sic] ][.1 Enhanced (by Ziopoth). The classic.
DIGI-CHECK_II_f.dsk - Digi-Check and Digi-Check //. A checksum utility written by Tom E. Hawk of Digital Gang. Used for verifying disk transfers.
DIRECTORY_MASTER_f.dsk - by Sandy Mossberg, 1981 Micro-SPARC Systems.
DISK_CRUNCHER_1.0_f.dsk - written by Bim. Pirate ware for converting a full disk into one or more files for transfer. Describes itself as being written due to unreliability of DDD II. Title page is a good example of what happened after the crack of Karateka...
DISK_EDIT_2.0_f.dsk - probably a pirate ware for editing DOS 3.3 VTOC. Has a track/sector used map too.
DISK_MUNCHER_8.0_9.0_f.dsk - Lots of folks modified/enhanced The Stack's original Disk Muncher. Here are two more (versions 8.0 and 9.0). It's not like there was any real version control, but here they are.
DISK_ORGANIZER_2.6(II+Only)_f.dsk - 1982, Sensible Software.
DISK_RECOVERY_1.7(II+Only)_f.dsk - 1981, Sensible Software.
DISK_SPLITTER_2.0_f.dsk - pirate ware from The Stack, November 1982. Split and Merge full disks for transfering. This started the ball rolling.
ECHO_1.0_f.dsk - by Agranat Systems. 1982, by John Jesmer, Jr. Looks like a nibble copier.
EDD_II_f.dsk - an early version of Essential Data Duplicator (EDD II, as in version 2; Feb. 27, 1983). By Don Schnapp, Utilico Software.
EXTENDED_COMMAND_PROCESSOR_V2.56.dsk - by Donald Elton, July 1985. I think a version is on Asimov; this is 2.56.
INSPECTOR_WATSON_f.dsk - I see Watson on Asimov, but didn't spot The Inspector. The Inspector was one of my mainstays (and is again, these last couple months). With The Inspector, Advanced Demuffin, and boot tracing, pretty much any disk can be explored and normalized. And even then, could just use The Inspector. One of the first things I re-learned to use.
LOCKSMITH_5.0F_hr.dsk - lots of versions of Locksmith, but I didn't see 5.0F. An old crack I did, from a disk supplied by Apple Bandit. The serial number is... an odd choice.
MR_FIXIT_DISK_ARRANGER.dsk - These two programs were combined into one utility disk (with a hi-res menu screen, so I left it intact). Mr. Fixit is version 2.30, by M. Arnow, 1983. Disk editor. Disk Arranger plays a brief Wm. Tell Overture. Revision 2.0, April 1984, Penguin Software, by W. Swanson.
MR_LISTER_f.dsk - 1981 (says source code and distro rights available).
MULTI-DISK_CATALOG_III_f.dsk - 1981 Sensible Software.
NIBBLES_AWAY_II_C1_f.dsk - I didn't spot this version of NAII.
PAC-RAT_COPIER_f.dsk - a pirate ware copy program.
PENULTICOPY_f.dsk - 1981 ALF Products. Yet another copy program.
PRO-PACKER.dsk - by Steve Smith. For packing/unpacking disks.
PRODOS_B.4.dsk - this is a beta version of ProDOS, 04-FEB-83. Not sure how I came by it, but here it is. And I couldn't find this online, so maybe it's interesting.
PRODOS_DEVELOPERS_DISK.dsk - from Apple, 1983. Has an assembler and other 'stuff'. The disk is ProDOS 1.0.1, but the programs are late 1983. Looks interesting.
PRODOS_KRACK_DISKMAP.dsk - I'm not really sure what this is. Might be a variant of ProSel, but the volume is labeled Krack. Has some disk mapping tools.
PRODOS_PBH_PACK_V1.0.dsk - Pretty Boy Hacking packer. Another packer to replace DDD. Looks like there's a later version on Asimov; this is version 1.0.
PROZAP.dsk - Bills itself as:
"Welcome to ProZAP, one of the first software tools to be offered for
Apple Computer's new ProDOS operating system. ProZAP is your key to unlock many of the mysteries of the Apple disk directories, files and programs. You will use it to follow your Apple's footsteps along the ProDOS Pathname until you find where it put your information."
QUICK_COPY_f.dsk - a five sector copy program. Pretty bare bones.
QUICK_LOADER_f.dsk - Quick Load Maker III. Seems to be a tool for creating a fast program load.
RACKER_V1.0_f.dsk - by Rauder Nidil. I think this is a disk splitter, but didn't try it.
RAMWORKS_RAMDRIVE.dsk - A set of utilities from Ramworks for creating/using a RAMdrive.
ROLODEX_f.dsk - a computer rolodex tool, written by Dip Switch. Uses 80col text. Just a small little pirate ware, for keeping track of all the BBS (and other) phone numbers.
UNIDOS_3.3_f.dsk - seems to be a program for putting DOS 3.3 on UniDisk 3.5" disks (thus UniDOS 3.3).
