I have created a UDF copy of the disk, which allows most of the
filenames to come over intact, but any forked files will have lost their
forks. That image is now on my web site, so you can take your pick which
one you download.  I hope it resolves Mike's problem at least.

Thanks heaps for that Ewen. I'll take a look at the UDF shortly as I still haven't gotten around to trying Steve's suggestion.

Funny thing was, I had used a program called DMG2IMG to create an ISO, but I had no luck mounting it in Linux or Windows either.

I'll try the UDF and post my results.
