Re: Weird Apple IIe display

Perhaps the video generator signal VC (see page 3-13 and following in
Understanding the Apple IIe) is somehow never changing to 1 and so only
the top four rows of the character ROM are being read.  Or perhaps this
signal isn't making it to the character ROM?  That would be better
because maybe you can fix that.  If it's inside the IOU, you'd need to
replace that chip.
