DISCONNECT.RAM Is on the Prodos MASTER disk.  In the asimov/images/masters directory.

from memory (mine), prodos uses page0 and page1, alt aux bank at D000.  Maybe the primary aux bank at D000 as well.

page2 to page 256 should be available, except for the usual (reset vector, etc)

Get a USB key, go to the library, download Beneath Apple Prodos, take it home, and read it cover to cover :-)
