I used to have MIRV on disk a long time ago.

The game itself is set up like space invaders, only there are only 3 
spots on the screen that your cannon can be, left, center, and right, 
and you move with the arrow keys.

My memory is a bit fuzzy but I believe you shot MIRV's out of the sky, 
and hoped they didn't split, I think.

here's a comp.sys.apple2.marketplace post from 2001 that proves, or at 
least gives really strong evidence of, its existence on disk.
