I think it would be quite interesting to put together a time chart or gantt chart to show the various crackers & the years active.  For example over to the far left & early Apple days would be Mr. Xerox and Kracman more in the middle Apple Bandit & the Cloak and stretching pretty much from left to right would be Disc Jockey.  Not sure who would be over towards the right since I headed off to college and discovered main frames around that time.
