Ice Demons single file version now posted

Well, I ended up taking a closer look at the Ice Demons full disk image I had uploaded yesterday, since it was in multiple files. To my dismay, I found that it still has raw disk access in it, for retrieving an odd indirection through the keyboard buffer, but also for reading/writing high scores. That wouldn't be so bad, except that it directly writes to track $11, sectors $0D-$0F, so it could end up frying a catalog if someone just copied the files another disk (this disk had been modified to have the catalog start at sector $0B).

I also noted that the title screen doesn't reappear when it loops back through the game restart. And the original publisher name was gone.

So... after having spent time to figure that out, I opted to create a single file, single load version that would be safe to move around to other disks. It sacrifices the saving of the high scores though.

I also uploaded my notes, but here they are too. So that was my retro project for the day.

Regards.
