I think it depends on what you are sending. Personally I prefer the BXY
format, as from a folder full of forked files or plain files, or even a
single file, it preserves attributes and resource forks across any
platform. All that is needed is to make sure the transmission method
preserves 8-bit data. Once I have downloaded it, I can then FTP it to a
real IIgs, or even an emulated one.
