Yes, to summarize: I didn't anticipate the book being on B&N. They
automatically listed it from the ISBN database information. Unfortunately,
since the book is printed from a print-on-demand service, B&N was not able
to fulfill orders for the book.

I am going to work at seeing if I can get the book available through other
retail outlets. For now, order from the book's web site (link in first post
of this thread) or through Amazon.com
