That looks like the digitizer card that was bundled with HyperStudio.
If I remember correctly, it should work with most audio recording
applications.

Thanks Aaron... I thought it looked like digitizer too, I've just never
seen one plugged directly into the motherboards audio header like it is.
In the digitizer pics I've seen, they have all been "piggybacking" a
sound multiplexer card (output), but maybe that is just the "normal"
configuration, however it is fine to plug them in directly?
Actually, looking into it further - I was wrong. What I have seen in the past is sound cards piggybacking off it (i.e. not the other way around). So I should be able to put my homebrew TDX sound card in there too. Cool.
