Some how, at least here on Google Groups, my first post didn't show up. I remember seeing Woz, Tim Berners-Lee and Ray Tomlinson (he created e-mail) in 2000 at Montana State University when they were awarded the George R. Stibitz Computer Pioneer Award. My wife was a student at MSU at the time so, if I remember right, it didn't cost us anything to see them. Both Woz and Berners-Lee were interesting to listen to. Also, if I remember right again, I don't think the theater was full and we got there early enough that we got seats right in front of the stage. I managed to get Woz's autograph after they were done talking. I like Woz a lot but $895, at the lowest price, is way more than I'd pay to see ANYONE.
