Oh yeah.
Anyway, I did get a chance to use a *very fancy* 16-channel digital
oscilloscope/logic analyzer. In fact, this thing has an option where you
connect 8 probes to the each bit on the data bus, and it will tell you, in
hex, the data that is crossing the lines!!! I didn't get a chance to use it
though.
Other than reproducing the various waveforms that appear in the Apple II
Reference Manual, I wasn't able to do much debugging. I did see that some of
the signals were jittery, but I don't suppose that's a big issue.
Unfortunately, I'm not really sure how to proceed. I'm afraid that I'd
either need:
a.) hand-holding (ie, "this is how its done")
OR
b.) lots of hours to sit and fiddle with it
