It may be very specialized, or general. "Applescope" suggests to me somesort of oscilliscope, and it won't have much bandwidth. So if it's that,then it might have been designed for medical use (those heart beepmonitors are very slow). And then maybe released as a more generalproduct. Or perhaps it is a general product to begin with, the medicalangle because someone branched out.

The latter isn't completely out of place. There were odd soundingcompanies selling computers or computer pieces, because they pursuedsomething out of their realm and started selling the item.


But I haven't a clue, I don't remember anything named "Applescope".
