Not now, as iBooks Author is only supporting iBooks 2 format (for iOS
5) and iPad only. The only other possibilities is to published via
PDF, but will lost the video/interactivity stuffs. In the example
codes, I do have videos for the program output and those will be lost.

The book is still in early form, now have all the source codes done,
but lack the starting and ending.

My main aim is to get the Apple II History (apple2history.org) content
published as book, or worked with some Apple II historian to design a
book (so that I can owned an Apple II book). We really do deserve a
book for our community.
