ProDOS master

Hi,

I'm trying to set up a disk for use with 2QWK.  I need to patch it using qfix
in order to work with certain file names.  This isn't the issue I'm having but
led me to a search for a ProDOS master disk image because according to the qfix
docs I should be patching files suck as p8 and pro.fst.  I can't find a disk
image or shk file that has those.  I've been looking through the files here:

ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/images/masters/prodos/

but haven't had any luck.  In fact, none of the disks I've looked at even have
a system folder.  Can someone point me to an image or shk (pref shk) that has
these?
