I've had both (in addition to a RamFast Rev. D and an Apple HS-SCSI) and
my opinion is you can't beat the Focus for price (although when I bought
my Focus cards back in 1994 they were $350 U.S. apiece for 60MB, still a
bargain for the times at that price) but Joachim Lange's Micro/Turbo IDE
can't be beat for speed. I am pretty sure that the Micro/Turbo is even
faster than the RamFast SCSI, although I dumped my RamFast before I
bought the Micro/Turbo's so I couldn't do a side by side comparison. The
Micro/Turbo's even handle my modern 7200 RPM drives.
