Hi Phil,
I did #2 with a Panasonic KXL-D740 4X SCSI CDROM drive. Don't recall off
the top of my head if the KXL-D740 is a 68 or 80, but I suspect that info is
widely available on the 'net. Seems to work fine as long as I have an ISO
CD in there!
