SEI = SEt Interrupt disable bit
CLI = CLear Interrupt disable bit

I'm sorry, seems I have been doing too much x86 code lately. I remembered that the logic is the other way around (the x86 has an Interrupt *en*able bit instead), but I forgot its SEI, not STI.
