focus hd apple iie load programs

hi apple people,

well, you know i was kind of surprise that apple II computer still around
and running since i had touched apple II plus /e in high school . now, i got
a apple IIe 128k computer , some game, some public domain software,and
wonderful focus 170meg from computer cirrculation center. I was amazing
those people make hardcard. it is so easy and no install software required.
i mean just plug n play. i give them a hand!!!! now, back to my question and
help, i have a system program and copy ii plus. i have a difficult time to
figure out how to run system utilities and copy program. i just need a
filename to run program or anything. prodos program. i hope you are able to
understand what i said.
