Goodwill stores are a good resource in the US for old computer parts,
etc. I picked up 3 mini din 8 to mini din 8 cables for a buck apiece
about 3 months ago. I see Apple IIgs' and Imagewriter II's there all
the time. They go for 15 to 20 bucks. Macintosh user groups would
also be a good resource. Those guys must have a million of those
cables now that they use USB printers so much. Our Mac club has a
swap meet twice a year. They have cables by the box-full to sell.
