OK, i'd call it PASSABLE functionality - no way to assign a disk image 
to a particular drive, for instance - you just open the image from the 
file menu and it sticks it in a free drive slot... no way to swap the 
disk images around once you load 'em...

Modulae won't boot on it.

That's all I have looked at so far... But from what I see Bernie is 100 
times better. And for $15! OK, it ain't free, but close enough!
