I think pretty much all Apple programs requiring the Z80 card are in fact cp/m programs. Try asking on comp.os.cpm. Also you might want to use a dedicated CP/M emulator like MYZ80 instead of an Apple emulator. I believe the only Apple Emulator that can run Z80 code is "Apple II Oasis".
