You can find Dung Beetle on the Asimov archive. It's on a multi-game disk
at ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/images/games/file_based/ .
Look for the file DiamondMine_DungBeetles_LadyTut_Minotaur.dsk.gz .
