Regardless of what you find, you will need an Apple II to read that disk.  
It's very possible to convert it to ASCII text and run it back to a PC, 
but your first step will have to be finding an Apple II machine.  I have 
nver heard of the word processsing program, but perhaps some other gurus 
on the Apple 2 board have it and can help you convert the data over.
