You have to use a television set. The lower chinch connector supplies a
VHF (channel 2-3), the upper one an UHF (channel ~36) signal. So connect
the upper one to your tv's antenna input and use manual tuning to find
the frequency.

The card plugs into slot 7 and some extra wires have to be connected to
the main board. If you have an IIeuroplus, this modification may already
be done.
