Funny.

As I recal, unless you have stated in the license agreement that all source
code ***written by*** a licensed user is owned by the copyright holder of
GBBS/ACOS (being you), you have no right to tell anyone who they can
distribute *their code* too. Now the core of ACOS/SuperTac, etc are
non-distributable. That is indisputable. But if someone wrote their own core
code, you have no jurisdiction over it's distribution.

It is then job of the copyright holder to enforce licensing, and not people
who write the software for the platform.

Visual basic is a language copyrighted by Microsoft. I write VB code. I
distribute VB code. It is not unlawful for me to distribute said source code
to non-licensed users of Microsoft's Visual Studio development platform.
