If someone has an exact schematic diagram of the thing, they probably could.
I remember reading a story once about Steve Wozniak keeping spare parts for
the Apple I, as recent as a few years ago. Supposedly, he either gave it all
away or he threw it in the garbage.

But speaking of schematic diagrams... I have a non-used printed circuit
board for the main logic board in an Apple IIc. The original owner of the
board worked at Apple, where he grabbed several of them before they were
sent out to be populated with chips. You can see all the paths, so probably
someone could make an exact copy of it to make a clone. I use this in my
lectures where I show people that board, and a populated Apple IIc board to
show the before/after phases.
