Phil,

You need the Apple II 3.5 disk controller card for it.  There isn't
a driver that will allow you to connect the drive to the smart port
and read the larger 1.4mb disks.

Shreve Systems was selling them.  You can check recent posts on this
newsgroup to find the name Shreve uses for the drive.
