I've never seen such a thing.  I did a disassembly on paper of
Integer Basic once, and then went through parts of it, writing some
comments on paper.  But first, this isn't machine readable form (OCR
isn't _that_ reliable yet :-), and second I don't know whether, and
if so where, I still have this listing.
